The module supports work order and repetitive production environments. It also supports full integration of resource and tooling maintenance and scheduling, and outside operations. The use of a unique “method” approach eliminates the need to maintain a separate

BOM, routing and tooling records for each part.

 

The manufacturing method is a unique environment in which the traditional manufacturing routing, BOM, and tooling are married at each step of the manufacturing process. The user can easily review a “super copy” overview of all aspects involved or associated with an item’s “manufacturing methods” in order to quickly analyze and resolve each constraint factor. It’s a very powerful, yet simple to understand tool, as it accurately presents the manufacturing process in a “real world” step-by-step method.
