Plant Maintenance

The integral Tropos Plant Maintenance module avoids the need to have a stand-alone or interfaced third-party maintenance package.  The functionality handles preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance.  Maintenance procedures and required replacement parts can be defined by machine, with maintenance tasks being scheduled and raised as orders in Tropos.  Time and materials can then be booked against the orders so that the true cost of maintenance can be compared against budgets.  Inventory of maintenance spares can be maintained in Tropos, enabling inventory levels to be managed proactively, with a single spares ordering and receipt procedure.
