Production Monitoring

 

Using the Production Monitoring module, progress against manufacturing orders can be recorded in real-time using simple screens deployed on touch-screen PCs.  As well as material issues and product receipts, down-time, machine times and labor times can also be recorded.  With all relevant information being captured as it happens on the factory-floor, production performance and variance analysis becomes available much sooner than with traditional, paper-based data collection and subsequent data entry.
