Customer Portal

With the Customer Portal, you can share information with your customers, your field sales people and with your customer’s brokers and agents.  From a browser on any device including Desktops, Tablets and Smart Phones your customers can logon with a secure id and view information and status on Orders, Shipments, Invoice and Payments. They can also download Order Acknowledgements, Shipping Paperwork and Tracking, and Invoices. They can view a Product Catalog and with advanced search features find what they are looking for and download product datasheets.  If permitted, customers can also place their orders via a Shopping Cart and Favorites freeing up your customer service personnel.

If needed, customers can send messages and chat with Customer Service via the Customer Portal.
