Support personnel can be reached via email, the web portal, and a toll-free phone number, and support can take place via phone, email, online meeting or VPN when access is granted.

We understand how critical our software is to the businesses of our customers. The Support & Education team is staffed with experienced software support professionals knowledgeable about the wide range of Aptean products and related technologies. They consistently respond to the business needs of our customers, providing industry leading levels of support.

The Support & Education management team uses customer input to continuously improve the delivery of technical application and systems support. Customers are asked to rate the quality of our support after each ticket is closed through a satisfaction survey. Survey results are used to gauge support quality and to drive changes within our department.
