Event Manager/Mobile Alerts

The WorkWise Event Manager allows ERP users to communicate instantly with one another with the use of instant messages, desktop notifications and alerts. Users can pick between 85 tailorable exception conditions that can be delivered to their desktop, email or mobile device. 

Instant alerts notify users when:

·      A new item is created

·      A user-defined alert is triggered in the Performance Management Workbench 

·      A purchased item is received
