Martha Garza
Change Leadership Coach
During her 27-year career as a consultant on ERP and other large-scale projects, Martha Garza realized an interesting trend. When she focused directly on leaders of companies implementing ERP, coaching them to be “change leaders” on the projects, the likelihood of success improved significantly. She knows why projects fail and why they succeed.
“Who are your employees going to trust—their boss or an outside consultant who knows little about your business and even less about them? It makes an enormous difference.” This is especially true in manufacturing and distribution businesses.
As the founder and president of MetaChange Coaching, she uses her decades of experience on what matters most: coaching client leaders to be the “change leaders” on big transformational projects like ERP, Digital Transformation, AI, M&A and others.
In her career, she consulted on projects implementing SAP, a former employer, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday and others. Martha holds an MBA and Masters of Organization Development. She is also a conference speaker and author on “change leadership” as well as employee behavior and resistance to change at work.
When she's not working, Martha loves to travel, work out and watch historical dramas or documentaries on WWII.
