Workflow: A configurable engine routes approvals across roles, dollar thresholds, project types, and business units. Because it operates on the same database as financials and project management, approvals move without exports or handoffs between systems.

Analytics: Role-based dashboards and reporting for project managers, controllers, and executives, draws on live operational data. The intent is portfolio-level visibility, such as margin erosion across active jobs or labor productivity trends, without waiting for month-end reporting cycles.

NEXUS: CMiC’s AI layer, provides natural-language querying of project and financial data and AI-driven task agents that operate within existing workflows rather than as a separate assistant.

CONSTRUCT: Mobile and field applications extending time entry, daily journals, drawing access, safety observations, and field data capture to the job site. Hours captured in the field retain their cost coding and project context through to payroll and margin reporting.
