Implementation & Onboarding
Every customer gets a designated success manager based in North America with a direct phone number and email, and most companies are up and running within four to eight weeks depending on their current data landscape.
Digit uses a phased onboarding methodology. The first priority is mapping out the basic account structure, including items and bills of materials. If the customer uses QuickBooks, data is pulled directly from it to avoid manual setup.
For inventory, Digit sets a cutoff date and makes an initial stock adjustment from whatever the current source of truth is, whether a spreadsheet or another system, and from that point the customer begins using Digit for real-time tracking. The recommended approach is to start with the biggest pain point, typically inventory, get barcode scanning running, get operators comfortable, and ensure leadership has access to the data they need. Additional capabilities like e‑commerce integrations and advanced profitability tracking can be layered in over time.
Data Migration & Setup
Digit handles data migration end-to-end. Customers send their existing spreadsheets, and Digit reformats, maps all fields (including custom ones), and uploads everything into a sandbox. Together, they review it on a call so customers don’t spend weeks fixing CSVs. The setup mirrors the structure customers already use, just with real-time data instead of manual updates. Customers can also test a trial account with either dummy or real data before committing.
Dedicated Customer Success
Each customer gets a dedicated success manager for the entire relationship, with no re-explaining setup. Managers come in with context from the sales process and are matched by industry, so they understand how the business operates. Support is unlimited, with access via phone, email, and in-app chat.
Billing & Scaling
Customers can choose between annual and monthly billing and can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time. Adding users is flexible with prorated charges or credits calculated to the exact day. Pricing does not change based on order volume, which makes costs predictable for scaling organizations.
Reporting & Configuration
Digit offers both standard and custom reports built in table and CSV format, and can seamlessly connect with external Business Intelligence tools. The platform has a flexible database structure with standard and custom fields that pull through the API, giving customers programmatic access to any data point including inventory levels, receiving transactions, and purchase orders.
Platform Updates
As cloud-based software, updates are rolled out automatically across all customer instances with upfront notifications when changes are made.
Team & Coverage
Digit is a distributed team spanning Atlantic to Pacific time zones, providing coast-to-coast coverage.
